* The hotel's ideal location, situated close to both the city center and Santiago's historic core, offered convenient access to explore the vibrant surroundings. * Each morning, breakfast greeted us with a delightful array of sweets and cakes, showcasing a different local selection daily—a tasty treat to start the day. * The rooms exuded a cozy tranquility, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city outside. * Simple gestures like providing umbrellas at the entrance made a significant impact, enabling us to venture out even during unexpected stormy weather, a thoughtful touch that enhanced our stay.

I arrived here wet and exhausted from my last day of walking the camino. I was welcomed warmly. The hotel was clean, quiet. Most importantly, the receptionist was amazingly warm and helpful. My two pieces of warm clothing- fleece and coat was soaked and she very kindly tumble dried my fleece so that i could go out that evening for dinner. I felt so fragile this day and she just helped me when i needed it- i felt very blessed. It is located right next to the airport shuttle- very very helpful!! 30min 1euro- perfect! Opposite is mama peixe - the best restaurant in santiago.

It is a cozy little hotel; everything looks brand new. The staff are very friendly. They provide free umbrellas which are much needed in the often rainy weather. The location is perfect - close to everything but on a quiet street. I liked the fact that it is not in the middle of the old town, so it is easier to reach by public transportation (or by taxi). The breakfast - freshly squeezed orange juice is a big plus. They also have juice, coffee, pastries, bread, cheese, ham, some fruit and yogurt. Adding eggs would make it almost perfect.

Really good place. It is as small hotel, family room takes whole loft level. Lift goes directly to this room, but is not nosiy. The room is clean, cozy, stylish and comfy. It is a single space but kids bedroom zone is tucked away. Bathroom is small but modern, and the shower is warm. Breakfast room is accessible 24/7 for tee and coffee. Breakfast itself was delicious, rich and diverse. Some local pastries were offered too. Nice central location. Cheap bus from airport. Super friendly staff.

Good, hot breakfast. Begonia (that's how my sisters called her) served us fresh orange juice. Coffee and tea all day. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. My sisters enjoyed their triple room which is accessed by the elevator, and their motorized scooters (w/c) was safely parked in the front office. Very nice and friendly staff, Begonia even came out to say goodbye to all of us in the rain. If we ever come your way again, you are the place to go to. Thank you!!
